Bibblio uses machine learning to improve content recommendations. They were looking for a way to stand out, gain more customers, and generate more funding. We did competitor analysis and developed a brand style guide to help reposition the brand voice and tone.
Refreshed site tagline: Shifted messaging from internal company point of view to customer-centric. "Exploration, not exploitation" became key to positioning Bibblio as an alternative to clickbait.
Developed brand style guide: Worked with founders to develop consistent voice and tone for all company content.
Developed site messaging: Part of the team that developed content frames for page sections.
Developed social media campaign: Hootsuite scheduled posts, tracking engagement, tested themes. Short curated posts with crafted commentary positioning Bibblio as an alternative to clickbait.
End goal: Drive investor interest and more requests for more information.
