The Story

Bungalow was experiencing explosive growth. They needed a dedicated person to support the marketing team's more technical tasks. Bungalow provides co-living experiences.

My roles ranged from A/B testing to improving attribution in ad platforms to running analytics and using the right middleware to keep data flowing.

How we worked: Customer journey setup (funnels, A/B testing). A/B test setup (hypothesis, tracking, cross-department requirements). Collaboration with lifecycle marketer. Ad agency has robust offline and pixel event sets (middleware, LTV segmentation, CRM field mapping). Leads make it to sales team without getting lost.

End goal: Continually moving the needle towards better conversion rates and more customers.

A/B testing: Test results for different variations. Advertising Attribution: Dashboard setup, automating sending offline events. Analytics: Verifying offline events in ad platform match those in database. Integration Platforms: Middleware. CRMs: Ensuring views contain data salespeople need. Data-flow overviews: Monitoring and tracking funnels.
