Prodigy had multiple squads focused on growth. I collaborated across marketing and product... focussed on better access to insights, faster time-to-test, and exploring/scaling growth levers. Prodigy is math homework disguised as a video-game.
My responsibilities included: Exploring/onboarding new growth levers, using qualitative/quantitative research for experiments, driving organic growth (SEO), and increasing cadence of experiments.
How we worked: Customer journey setup for insight-gathering (funnels, A/B testing). A/B test setup for success (strong hypothesis, clean data, tracking). Collaboration with lifecycle marketer (UTM parameters, hidden fields). Ad agency has robust offline and pixel event sets.
End goal: Continually moving the needle towards better conversion rates and more customers.
A/B testing: Increased speed-to-learning through building buy-in for iterative V1 V2 V3 approach. Advertising Attribution: Dashboard setup, automating sending offline events. Analytics: Verifying offline events match database. Integration Platforms: Middleware to get data from source to destination.
